The "Townswomen's" production brings hilarious moments of inventive silliness, audience participation and original songs to Dicken's classic tale of A Christmas Carol. The hardy troupers of the Dramatic Society strive to overcome every obstacle - and there will be many - to present a more than slightly twisted version of the Yuletide standard in the play-within-a-play. Of course, the star actor is missing, the script is impossible to read, and walls keep falling down...but to some, chaos is an art form. There's nothing a neck brace and a bit of tinsel can't fix. The show must go on!!
